Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up! Life happens!However, If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel/reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment! No-Show appointments & cancellations less than 24 hours prior to service will be subject to a fee UP TO 50% & will be required to pay a deposit before rebooking. Arriving later than 15 minutes to a scheduled appointment will result in a possible cancellation/incompletion of service and 50% fee of service cost.
